Now then, the Mrs is evicting my trees to another part of the garden and I have been given an area which resembles a right angle triangle. The shortest side are roughly 2000mm backed with a fence on one and a wall on the other. Has anyone got something simelar or any ideas on a triangle bench?

Not yet. Send us a pic with the South direction indicated. We'll get the designers on the job. Is your indication that you have 20 trees correct? What is the average tree size overall? |

Will get some pictures tomorrow, I am guessing I have about thirty trees, going to look at selling some of my stuff in development with a view of keeping less but better trees. Trees are from shohin quite a few at about 250-300mm with three quite large averaging around 600mm, oh and a forest in development. Cheers |

I'd go for something based on this corner pagoda style: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/explore/cor ... a/?lp=true It can be either traditional English garden, or you can introduce a Japanese theme. With the pagoda frame as the backbone adding your desired shelves should be manageable? I see you have concrete gravel boards for your fence. They allow you to build really good raised growing beds for bonsai. Just put down some weed mesh and use 3 lengths of decking board to complete the rectangle, fill with proper soil (nor garden soil) and hey presto a shallow growing bed for bringing on a bonsai tree. Connect the boards with simple 90 degree brackets. |
