Apologies to one and all for both the shouty title and if this is in the wrong place....I've only been a member a few weeks otherwise I'd send a PM (not that I blame the mods for waiting a while before letting new members send PM's - I wouldn't trust me either
). Anyhow, the boss and I just spent the day at Greenwoods for our first proper lesson in bonsai and I wanted to thank Corin for a fantastic day. Learned loads, had a laugh while doing it, and didn't managed to cut any fingers off which is always a good thing!
Joking aside, I can't recommend their intro day class highly enough as a great intro to anyone just starting out....I'd been skulking around on here and other places reading lots of helpful (if sometimes contradictory) advice etc, but being able to get live hands on advice from someone that knows what they are doing meant we both came away far more confident as well as learning new skills.
I'm now trying to work out how to be in two places at once next weekend for their show....I reckon Weston Supermare to Nottingham in one day isn't really that bad
